
Michele Foster is certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and ACE (American Council on Exercise), two of the most recognized organizations in the country. With more than fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry, she continually attends seminars to further her education to incorporate new and innovative exercise techniques. Michele's practice is built on helping her clients achieve pain management, build muscle strength and alleviate chronic back pain. Her methods include flexibility training, myofascial release, core strengthen / stabilization, balance and strength training.
